摘要
山东中医药大学附属医院焦中华教授从医40余载,尤擅长中西医结合治疗血液肿瘤病,在该领域潜心研究,对多种血液肿瘤病的病因病机、治法方药有着独到的见解,并在长期实践中积累了丰富的临床经验。止血方是焦中华教授自拟协定方之一,重在益气摄血,常用于治疗血小板减少性紫癜、再生障碍性贫血等血证范畴疾病,对脾不统血、气不摄血型之出血倾向者疗效显著。文章就焦中华教授对血证病因病机认识,对止血方的组成、方解及临床加减化裁等方面的见解与经验进行论述,并以案例佐证。
The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM professor JIAO Zhonghua who has been engaged in medical work for more than 40 years,is especially good at combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of tumor and blood diseases. He has a unique perspective on etiology pathogenesis and therapy prescriptions of diverse tumor and blood diseases and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the long-term practice. Zhixue Formula is one of self-made prescriptions of professor JIAO Zhonghua. The prescription focuses on Yiqi Shexue and it is commonly used in the treatment of thrombocytopenic purpura,aplastic anemia and other blood diseases. Its functions of spleen failing to control blood or Qi failing to control blood have achieved remarkable results. This paper mainly discusses professor JIAO Zhonghua＇s clinical insights and experiences on the pathogenesis of blood and other aspects of Zhixue formula and cases.
