开放式创新下“吸收-解吸”能力与跨界搜索的关系 被引量:8

The Relationship between "Absorptive-Desorptive” Capacity and Boundary-spanning Search in Open Innovation

摘要 跨界搜索在开放创新环境下的重要性日益突出。但基于开放式创新情境从前因角度探索吸收/解吸能力对跨界搜索的影响尚缺乏系统研究。本文在前人研究基础上,剖析和完善了开放式创新下的吸收与解吸能力,运用实证方法对两种能力与跨界搜索之间的关系进行测量检验。研究发现,在开放式创新环境下,吸收能力和解吸能力均对跨界搜索产生正向影响,但由于创新源的扩大和知识复杂性的增加,吸收能力与解吸能力的各维度对于跨界搜索的影响存在差异,而且二者交互并不能对跨界搜索产生一致的正向或负向影响。所以,必须在深入剖析知识复杂性基础上,细致平衡吸收与解吸能力各维度,才能有助于提高跨界搜索成功率。 With the increasing of dynamic change and technological complexity of the environment, the old closed innovation has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises, more attention is paid to the open innovation. Open innovation broke the shackles of the old closed innovation to achieve the integration of internal and external innovation resources, and organizational boundaries become increasingly blurred, diffusion and sharing (Chesbrough,2003) , which is increasingly becoming the making more knowledge to the main business innovation paradigm. Open innovation is more emphasis on the exploration and use of internal and external innovation resources and, therefore, in order to gain more knowledge heterogeneity, many companies began to use approach between compa nies seeking valuable knowledge resources. Therefore, Boundaryspanning search is an important issue of innovative research. Since the process is more complex boundaryspanning search of knowledge in open innovation, will face many difficulties. These difficulties not only from the complexity of the integration of knowledge, but also on producttechnology and challenges from within and outside the boundaries of the organization and of the differences. So, boundaryspanning search process enterprises can hardly finish, need to have matching ability to a chieve. Previous studies mostly focus on the relationship between business performance and boundaryspanning search, because of the absorption and desorption capacity in open innovation to explore the ability to influence boundaryspanning search which is still a lack of systematic research. On the basis of previous studies, the article will combine open innovation context, analysis and improvement of the absorption and desorption capacity under the open innovation, using the empirical method to examine the relationship between the two abilities and boundary spanning search. To improve the defects of the researches and provide some reference for the enterprise open innova tion problems. This study obtained 158 valid questionnaires, the absorption capacity and desorption capacity as in dependent variables, boundaryspanning search as the dependent variable. In order to ensure the accuracy of the study, the control variables selected aspects of the research will likely be an impact on boundaryspanning search firm age, firm size of these two variables and carried out common method variance analysis. This article use statistic tools as SPSS20. 0 and AMOS21.0 to analysis and examine hypothesizes. The study found that in open innovation environment, both of absorption and desorption capacity have a posi tive impact on boundaryspanning search, but due to the expansion of sources of innovation and knowledge com plexity increases, the difference dimension of the two abilities have also different influence, Studies have shown that the ability to digest and use the dimensions are absorptive capacity for boundaryspanning search has a distinct role, and the ability to identify boundaryspanning dimension to search no significant effect; desorption capability of dis cerning dimensions and dimensions of the boundaryspanning transfer capacity has a significant role in the search. Finally, interact with two capabilities cannot produce a consistent positive or negative influence on the boundary spanning search. Therefore, the article obtains the following management implications: First, Companies need to realize that the efficiency of boundaryspanning search is inseparable construct effective absorption / desorption ca pabilities; Second, companies must learn to break the barriers of resources, to discover and obtain new knowledge sources, and actively build a culture of open innovation; Finally, companies in the absorption / desorption ability to pay attention to the cultivation and use of progressive.
