摘要
本研究选用优质鸡专门化品系S3系与S09系进行正反交,组成包括亲本在内的4个组合:S3♂×S3♀、S09♂×S09♀、S3♂×S09♀和S09♂×S3♀,观测亲本及其杂交组合F1代0~12周龄体重、饲料转化比、12周龄末成活率、屠宰性能及其杂种优势率,以此探究S3系与S09系正反交组合F1代在生长发育及屠宰性能等方面的杂种优势,为筛选更加适宜市场推广的优质黄羽肉鸡商品代配套系提供理论依据。结果表明,正反交F1代S3♂×S09♀和S09♂×S3♀组公母鸡与两亲本组合相比,在体重、饲料转化比、成活率和屠宰性能上差异显著(P〈0.05);S09×S3组3周龄后体重、饲料转化比(3.11∶1和3.18∶1)和成活率(98.1%和96.7%)的杂种优势率显著高于S3×S09组(P〈0.05),而S3×S09组屠宰率(89.97%和87.76%)、半净膛率(82.83%和80.87%)和全净膛率(67.83%和65.51%)的杂种优势率显著高于S09×S3组(P〈0.05)。
In this study,the high-quality chicken S3 and S09 lines were composed of reciprocal-crossing combinations S3♂×S3♀,S09♂×S09♀,S3♂×S09♀,S09♂×S3♀.The heterosis of body weight at 0 to 12 weeks of age,feed conversion efficiency,survival rate,carcass performance and their heterosis of the parents and reciprocal-crossing F1 generation were analyzed to explore growth rule and slaughter performance of F1 crossing generation among S3 and S09 lines,so as to provide essential references for screening commercial lines of yellow-feather broilers for market. The results indicated that the male and hen′s body weight at different weeks of age,feed conversion rate,survival rate and slaughter performance of reciprocal-crossing F1 generation of S3♂×S09♀,S09♂×S3♀ were significantly increased as compared with that of the parents(P〈0.05). The heterosis rate of weight body after 3 weeks of age,feed conversion rate of the male and hen(3.11∶1 and 3.18∶1)and survival rate(98.1% and 96.7%)of S09♂×S3♀ were significantly higher than that of S3♂×S09♀(P〈0.05).The heterosis rate of slaughter rate(89.97% and 87.76%),half-eviscerated rate(82.83%and 80.87%),and eviscerated rate(67.83% and 65.51%)of S3♂×S09♀ were significantly higher than that of S09×S3(P〈0.05).
