摘要
针对垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液的水质特征,采用烧碱软化-混凝沉淀-电化学氧化法对纳滤浓缩液进行处理。研究结果表明,利用烧碱/纯碱法软化纳滤浓缩液,总硬度和钙硬度去除率都超过95%,出水总硬度质量浓度低于300mg/L;采用混凝沉淀法可去除浓缩液中大分子有机物,腐殖酸去除率超过40%,COD去除率超过30%,其质量浓度由3 340 mg/L降低至2 230 mg/L。最后,纳滤浓缩液经电化学氧化后,ρ(BOD)/ρ(COD)由0.03提升至0.35以上,出水可生化性良好,可由填埋场的生化系统处理至排放标准。
Landfill leachate concentrate generated from nanofiltration of biologically pretreated landfill leachate was sequentially treated by "caustic soda-soda ash" process, coagulation-sedimentation and electrochemical oxidation process. The results showed that both of the removal rates of total hardness and calcium hardness exceeded 95%, and the concentration of total hardness in the effluent was below 300 mg/L. Organic matters with high molecular weight could be removed by coagulation-sedimentation process, the removal efficiency of humic acids and COD could achieve 40%and 30%, respectively. Moreover, the COD concentration decreased from 3 340 mg/L to 2 230 mg/L. Finally, the bioavailability of nanofiltration concentrate was improved after electrochemical oxidation, and the value of BOD/COD increased from 0.03 to 0.35. The effluent was treated by the bio-treated systems, and it could meet the requirements of discharge standard.
