高校辅导员所面临的环境和工作对象决定了辅导员工作的特殊性与多面性,融入学生、用心服务,做学生信赖的朋友,量体裁衣、开拓创新、用心描绘学生成长之路,必将收获学生的尊敬与爱戴,也一定能培养出全面发展的学生。
The environment and the work object determine the specificity and versatility of the college counselors＇ work. As a trusted friend, the counselors should be living with students and serving with heart. Counselors should be quite adept at tailoring, innovative, carefully painted students＇ growth path. They will receive the students respect and love, and certainly be able to cultivate all - round development of students.
