摘要 为了保证调距桨及其轴系对中安装的工艺质量,对常规定距桨及其轴系对中的安装工艺进行优化,船台完成初始对中及安装,水上最终对中是用顶举法测量轴承负荷,以此作为轴系对中最终检验。调整中间轴承和齿轮箱的工艺活动垫片的厚度,使其满足要求。经实船证明,这种对中及安装工艺程序的优化,不但提高工效、缩短轴系安装施工周期,而且还提高了轴系的安装质量。 In order to ensure the quality of the alignment and installation process for the adjustable pitch propeller and shaft -ing, the conventional process for the fixed pitch propeller was optimized .The initial alignment and installation was finished on the shipway.The lifting method was carried out to measure the shaft load as the final inspection on the water for the final alignment . The active shim thickness for the intermediate bearing and the gear box was adjusted to meet the requirements of shafting align -ment.It was proved that this optimization of the installation process can not only improve work efficiency , shorten the installation construction cycle , but also can improve the quality of shafting installation .
