摘要 教师教育一体化是在终身教育理念的指导下,为适应学习化社会需要,对教师教育职前和职后教育进行全程规划设计,将教师教育各个阶段相互衔接的教师教育体系。在教师教育发展一体化的背景下,华中师范大学加强顶层设计,完善免费师范生职前与职后一体化培养体系,并以教育信息化为手段,助推教师教育变革,力求师范大学与基础教育互促互进,走具有华中师范大学特色的内涵式教师教育发展道路。 With the idea of lifelong education as guideline, integration of teacher education is a system designated to meet the needs of the "learning society". It makes through plans for pre-service and in-service training of teacher education, which links all stages of teacher education together. Under the background of teacher education integration, Central China Normal University reinforces its top-level design and perfects teachers' pre-service and in-service training system. Moreover, it adds impetus to the reform of teacher education with the aid of education information and strives to make normal universities and elementary education complement each other in order to achieve connotation-laden teacher education development with the typical characteristics of Central China Normal University.
