摘要
基于无分布式电源上网的前提,提出纯受端片区的概念,同时为了使规划结果更具有针对性,分重载与轻载进行研究,分析不同的无功电压调控需求。以包括新增投资年费用和网络损耗的年运行费的年总支出费用最小为目标函数,以多种运行方式下的控制要求作为约束条件,采用基于灾变遗传算法进行求解。选取若干个重载和轻载纯受端片区进行无功优化计算,归纳不同负荷下的纯受端片区的无功补偿需求,提出配置比例建议,对工程的设计规划能起到更好的指导作用。
In this paper, the pure receiving end area xs presenteu jJ^x~u r" ~,-- voltage distribution network without distributed power sources. At the same time, for making the planning result more targeted, the study is classified into heavy load and light load so to analyze different demands of reactive power voltage control. Cataclysmic genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the model, which takes minimum yearly expenses including newly increased investment and network loss cost as objective function and takes the operating requirements of a various operation modes as constraints. Reactive power optimization calculation is performed by choosing se, mral heavy-load and light-load pure receiving end area and the reactive compensation requirement of the receiving area at different loads is induced. The configuration ratio suggestion is raised, which can play better instructive role to the design and plan of project.
