摘要
以上海万科城花新园绿色住区为例,介绍了绿色住区的内涵,探讨了注重实用性、经济性的绿色住区设计策略,并从规划设计、户型设计、系统选用、材料选择等方面进行了阐述,以期为住户提供一个绿色生态的居住环境。
Taking the green complex of Chenghuaxinyuan of Wanke in Shanghai as the example,the paper introduces the connotation of the green complex,explores the design strategies focusing on the practical and economical features of buildings,and illustrates from the planning de-sign,design of house types,system selection,and material selection,provide the green and ecological living environment for residents.
