摘要
提出了电磁风扇离合器柔性法兰盘的优化设计方法,建立了优化设计模型,针对典型离合器的柔性法兰盘进行了优化设计,不仅解决了原结构使系统振动过大无法正常工作的问题,还使其结构的质量下降了约20%。台架试验和实际装机试验中,优化结构在设计工作转速范围内未出现异常振动现象,表明优化设计方法是有效的,取得了较好的实际效果。
The optimization design method lor tlexlble Ilange oi electromagnetic fan clutch was presented, and the optimization de- sign model was established,a typical flexible flange has been opti- mized by this method. Research shows that the optimization design can not only solve the excessive vibration problem of the system which does not work properly caused by the original flange ,but also can reduce nearly twenty percent of the mass of the structure. In the bench test and actual trial installation, the optimization structure did not appear abnormal vibration phenomenon within the scope of design working speed, showing that the optimization design method is effective, achieving a better result of optimization design.
