静液压调平系统液压缸组铰接点优化设计策略 被引量:2

摘要 为满足静液压调平系统空中作业过程中的平稳性和可靠性要求,提出了一种改进型黄金分割轮换法对系统液压缸组的铰接点位置进行优化设计。首先对调平系统液压缸组的铰接点位置设计进行数学建模,简化为一个多维多峰优化问题,然后基于传统黄金分割优化算法,引入智能判断算子和修正判断算子,解决求解过程中局部次优解的干扰问题,迅速找到全局最优解。针对Peaks函数和待解决的静液压调平系统液压缸组铰接点优化设计问题进行了理论和实践验证,结果表明:改进型黄金分割轮换法既保留了传统黄金分割法的收敛速度和对函数性态的零要求,也克服了传统方法对多维多峰问题求解的局限性。 To meet the stability and reliability requirements for hydrostatic leveling system in air working process, an improved golden section rotation method is proposed, which can optimize the arrangement design for pivot points of hydraulic cylinder group. First, the point disposal issue is simplified as a multi-dimensional optimization problem by the way of mathematical modeling. Then, based on traditional golden section optimization algorithm, we have solved the problem by introducing the intelligent judgment operator and correction judgment operator. In the optimization process, im- proved algorithm make the global optimal solution be found quick- ly, and get rid of the interference of local sub-optimal solution. Fi- nally, according to the Peaks function and the solving optimization problem for pivot points of hydraulic cylinder group in the hydro- static leveling system, we develop theory and practice verification by using it. The results show that the improved golden section ro- tation method not only retains convergence speed and zero-demand for function character, but also overcomes the limitations of solving multi-dimensional multi-peak problem.
