摘要
桥面铺装体系中,防水粘结层起着承上启下的重要作用。基于目前国内防水层使用现状,选择几种市面上常用的防水粘结材料进行系统的性能试验,通过剪切强度、拉拔强度、耐热性、不透水性等指标评价分析不同防水粘结材料的使用性能,并结合桥面防水层现场质量检测结果,比选出综合性能最佳的防水粘结层材料。研究表明,橡胶沥青加碎石这种防水粘结层为较理想的防水粘结层材料。
Waterproof and Cohesive Layer functions as a connecting link in bridge deck pavement system ~ Based on current waterproof application in domestic, performance test has been taken by several waterproof and adhesive materials on market. By analyzing several index such as, hear strength, pull strength , heat resistance, water tightness and etc. and combing with the test result of field quality of bridge deck waterproof laye, waterproof and cohesive layer with best comprehensive performance has been selected. The result shows that asphalt rubber with gravel mixture is an ideal material of waterproof and cohesive layer.
