摘要
选取知识共享自我效能(内生激励)和期望的物质奖酬(外生激励)作为激励因素的代表构念,选取知识的隐性程度(自然属性)和感知的知识个体所有权(社会属性)作为知识属性的代表构念,探讨了内/外生激励因素和知识的自然/社会属性对知识共享意愿的作用机理,以及二者在影响知识共享意愿过程中的匹配机制.实证检验结果表明:知识共享自我效能和期望的物质奖酬对知识共享意愿均有显著正向作用;知识的隐性程度和感知的知识个体所有权对知识共享意愿均有显著负向作用;知识的隐性程度对知识共享自我效能的激励功效有正向调节效应,对期望的物质奖酬的激励功效有负向调节效应;感知的知识个体所有权对知识共享自我效能和期望的物质奖酬的激励功效均有正向调节效应.
It choosed knowledge sharing self-efficacy (intrinsic motivation) and expected material rewards (extrinsic motivation) as the salient motivation factors, and choosed knowledge tacitness (natural characteristic ) and perceived private ownership of knowledge (social characteristic) as the salient characteristics of knowledge, to explore the effects of intrinsic/extrinsic motivations and natural/social characteristics of knowledge on individuals' knowledge-sharing intension. The empirical results show that knowledge sharing self-efficacy and expected material rewards have positive effects on knowledge-sharing intension; Knowledge tacitness and perceived private ownership of knowledge have negative effects on knowledge-sharing intension; Knowledge tacitness positively moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing self-efficacy and knowledge-sharing intension, but negatively moderates the relationship between expected material rewards and knowledge-sharing intension; Perceived private ownership of knowledge positively moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing self-efficacy and knowledge-sharing intension, and positively moderates relationship between expected material rewards and knowledge-sharing intension.
