端面效应对椭圆罩线型切割器射流成型的影响

摘要 为了研究端面效应和装药长度对椭圆形罩线型聚能装药射流成型性能的影响特点和规律,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对方案进行了三维数值模拟,获得了不同时刻射流的成型图片。结果分析表明:端面效应使得装药形成的射流质量和速度均有一定程度的下降;在装药长度不同的条件下,端面效应对射流成型的影响也不同;当装药长度小于20 mm时,基本不能形成射流;当装药长度大于20 mm小于80 mm时,对于某一装药长度,形成的射流最大速度逐渐增大至某一固定水平,装药长度范围内可以形成比较稳定的射流。为了尽量降低端面效应对射流成型的不利影响,装药长度需要大于80 mm。研究成果可以为线型聚能装药射流成型的理论研究和装药结构的选择提供参考。 To study the influence and laws of transect effect and charge length on the jet formation of LSC with oval cover,the charge was simulated with ANSYS/LS-DYNA program, and the jet photographs at different time were obtained. The results indicated that the jet mass and jet velocity were declined by transect effect to some extent. The transect effect on jet formation were different on different charge length conditions. The jet was not formed basically when charge length was less than 20 mm. For some charge length,the steady jet was formed and jet max-velocity increased to a certain fixed level when charge length was more than 20 mm or less than 80 mm. To reduce the disadvantage effect of transect effect on jet formation, the charge length needed exceeding 80 ram. The results provided theoretical research for the jet formation mechanism and the structure choice of LSC.
