摘要
本文介绍了带状组织的分类、形成机理及其危害,阐述了几种新的带状组织评定方法,总结了连铸工艺、轧钢工艺(加热制度、压下率、终轧温度、冷却速度)等参数对带状组织的影响规律,列举了几种减轻或消除带状组织的热处理工艺,并就带状组织的研究现状提出了几点看法。
The classification, formation mechanism of the banded structure and its damage were mtroducecl. Several kinds of new evaluation method of banded structure were described. The influence of casting and roll- ing parameters （heating scheme, reduction ratio, final rolling temperature, cooling rate）on the band structure were summarized. Several kinds of heat treatment process to reduce or eliminate banded structure were put forward. Meanwhile, some views on the research status of banded structure were pointed.
