摘要
采用培养皿滤纸法研究玉米(Zea mays)根、茎、叶、雄花穗、种子、苞叶、花丝、雌穗轴及根际土壤水浸液对小麦(Triticum aestivum)发芽率、根长及苗高的化感作用。结果表明,玉米各部位水浸液对小麦都具有较强的化感抑制作用,综合效应强弱次序为叶>茎>苞叶>花丝>种子>雌穗轴>根>雄花穗。0.01 g/mL浓度时,玉米根、茎、叶、雄花穗及种子水浸液显著或极显著地降低小麦发芽率;玉米茎和叶极显著抑制小麦根长,雄花穗、种子、苞叶、花丝及雌穗轴显著抑制小麦根长;除玉米雄花穗外,其他部位水浸液都显著或极显著地抑制小麦苗高。在高浓度下玉米各部位的化感作用更加强烈,0.1 g/mL时玉米叶水浸液完全抑制了小麦的萌发。玉米根际土壤水浸液对小麦也存在一定的抑制作用。
The present experiment was conducted to study the allelopathic effect of root,shoot,leaf,tassel,seed,husk,silk,female cob and soil of the rhizosphere of maize aqueous extracts on germination rate,root length and seeding height of wheat by indoor biological monitoring method.The results indicated that all parts aqueous extracts of maize had strong inhibition effect on wheat.The synthesis effects was in the order of leaf > shoot > husk > silk > seed > female cob > root > tassel.Under the concentration of 0.01 g/mL extract treatment,the root,shoot,leaf,seed and tassel aqueous extracts of maize significantly decreased the germination rate of wheat;the shoot and leaf aqueous extracts had extremely significant inhibition on the root length of wheat;the tassel,seed,husk,silk and female cob aqueous extracts had significant inhibition on the root length of wheat;every parts aqueous extracts of maize had significant inhibition on the seeding height of wheat except tassel.All parts aqueous extracts of maize had stronger inhibition effect on wheat when the concentration was higher.The leaf aqueous extracts killed wheat seed under the concentration of 0.1 g/mL extract treatment.The soil of the rhizosphere aqueous extracts of maize also had inhibition effect on wheat.
