摘要
海底管道是海洋油气集输系统中最重要的组成部分之一,从铺设到服役都将承受多种载荷的作用,并可能发生局部屈曲且沿管道传播开来,由此造成严重的后果。海底管道的局部屈曲在管道安全性方面具有重要意义,已成为海底管道设计与评估中重要的内容。详细阐述了国内外关于海底管道受外压、弯矩作用下的局部屈曲研究成果,论述了在单个载荷和多个载荷联合作用下的局部屈曲破坏机理,并提出了未来研究的建议。
Subsea pipeline is one of the most important parts of oil-gas gathering and transportation system in ocean environment. The pipeline will encounter several kinds of loads during its laying and later in operation, which may cause it to buckle locally and propagate along the pipeline. Thus the local buckling of subsea pipeline has an important effect on pipeline safety and becomes an important part in subsea pipeline design and safety assessment. A comprehensive review about research achievements in subsea pipeline buckling under external pressure and bending is presented. Failure mechanism of subsea pipeline buckling under single loading and multi-loadings is discussed, and suggestions for further research are proposed.
