摘要
"大就是好"的哲学观与"规模效益"理论的直接影响,催生了起于19世纪横跨20世纪至今的美国"农村学校合并运动"。深入剖析美国"农村学校合并运动"走过的历程,对于我国现阶段开展的"农村中小学布局调整"具有积极的借鉴意义。应提高对农村小规模学校的资助,构建责权明确的农村教育管理体制,提高小规模学校师资力量。
"Rural school consolidation movement" emerged in the 19th century and it continued up to now under the direct influence of the philosophical view that "bigger is better" and the theory of "economies of scale". We can get positive reference about the current problems we have met in our country about the "adjustment of elementary and secondary schools' layout in rural areas " at this stage through the in-depth analysis of the process that American"rural school consolidation movement" has experienced. We should increase funding for rural small schools, build clear in liability management system of rural education, improve the teachers level about small schools.
