影响超声对根管内氢氧化钙清除效果的相关因素 被引量:4

摘要 氢氧化钙因其良好的生物学性能和抗菌活性,已成为常用的根管消毒药物。残留根管内的氢氧化钙糊剂会影响根充效果,故在根管充填之前应彻底清除根管内的氢氧化钙封药。超声荡洗对根管内氢氧化钙的清除作用十分有效,但也受到诸多因素的影响,探讨相关影响因素对提高根管内氢氧化钙的清除率具有一定的临床意义,本文将就此作一综述。 Calcium hydroxide has been commonly applied in the endodontic treatment due to its favorable biological property and antimicrobial activity. The removal of the Ca(OH)2 from the root canal system is essential for successful endodontic treatment. The ultrasonic irrigation is a technique proven effective for the removal of the Ca(OH)2, while its performance is infl uenced by various factors. This article proposes a review of the factors impacting on the removal efficiency of the Ca(OH)2 from the root canals by ultrasonic irrigation.
