摘要
提出了一套大型主轴跳动在位测量系统,通过设置激光位移传感器、电涡流传感器和霍尔传感器,获取主轴跳动相关信息,然后经去直流分量、小波去噪、消除回转误差和信号分离等信号处理,可获得精确的机械跳动和电跳动信息。特别是本系统可以初步消除机床回转误差,实现电跳动的在位测量,大大提高了测量效率和测量精度。最后,实验验证了该系统的可行性。
This paper briefly describes the development of a set of large shaft electrical runout on-machine measuring system. We use one laser displacement sensor,three eddy current sensors and one hall sensor to collect data,and get accurate electrical runout and mechanical runout after data processing which include eliminating the direct current component,wavelet denoising,eliminating the turning error and signal separation. Above all,the system can eliminate the turning error and perform on-machine measurement to improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy. Finally,a experiments verify the feasibility of the system.
