摘要
为了解新研制开发的脂溶性渗透剂的渗透和杀虫剂增效性能,以桑白蚧为试虫,通过室内生物测定,研究了高效渗透剂对杀扑磷毒力的影响,利用体视显微镜观察了渗透剂处理对桑白蚧表皮蜡质层的影响。结果表明:渗透剂800倍液与杀扑磷1 000倍液混用杀虫效果最好,增效比为2.73;在体视显微镜下,单用杀扑磷处理组桑白蚧表皮蜡质层清晰可见,与处理前无明显变化,而渗透剂处理组及渗透剂与杀扑磷混用处理组桑白蚧表皮蜡质层明显减少,说明渗透剂溶解桑白蚧表皮蜡质层是其对杀扑磷增效的主要原因。
To study the permeation property and synergic effect on the insecticide of a newly developed penetration enhancers,the effects of penetration enhancers on the toxicity of Pseudaulacaspis pentagona was investigated by bioassay,and the effects on epicuticle wax layer of P.pentagona was observed by stereo microscope.The results showed that the insecticidal effect of the mixed liquid of penetration enhancer 800times and methidathion 1 000times was better than others,with synergistic ratio of 2.73.The observations by stereo microscope showed that the wax layer of epicuticle of P.pentagonatreated with methidathio was not different from the untreated group,but the wax layer of epicuticle of P.pentagona treated with penetration enhancers decreased obviously,and those treated with penetration enhancer and methidathion showed the same changes.The experiment showed that dissolving the cuticular wax layer is the main cause of penetration enhancer' synergistic effect on methidathion.
