摘要
为了充分挖掘铸体薄片中的孔隙结构信息,采用数字图像技术对铸体薄片进行形态学滤波处理,结合两点相关函数理论得到样品的面孔隙度、比表面、平均孔隙半径、平均颗粒半径等参数,分析了饱和度指数与面孔隙度、比表面、平均颗粒-孔隙半径比之间的关系。通过铸体薄片数字图像处理技术计算的面孔隙度和平均孔隙半径分别与氦气法孔隙度和压汞法平均孔喉半径呈良好的线性关系;饱和度指数与面孔隙度、比表面、平均颗粒-孔隙半径比均呈良好的幂指数关系。通过多因素拟合法建立的饱和度指数模型与实测饱和度指数吻合性好,精度高。
Image processing techniques are used here to extract pore parameters from thin section to get more useful information on pore space.Pore space is separated by shareholding segmentation initially and de-noised using morphological filter.The two point correlation theory is used to get parameters such as surface porosity,specific surface area,average pore diameter and average grain diameter.Influence of such pore space parameters on saturation index is investigated.The result shows that parameters obtained by image processing are in accordance with other techniques such as helium porosity and mercury intrusion pore diameter.Saturation index bears good power function relationships with surface porosity,specific surface area and ratio of average grain diameter to pore diameter.The saturation index model is established by combination of such parameters.The fitting result shows that the predicted saturation index agrees with the tested data.
