摘要
目的 分析白内障行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术致角膜后弹力层大范围脱离的原因及处理方法.方法 825例（856眼）超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,术中大范围后弹力层脱离6例（7眼）,进行了保守治疗、手术缝合及前房注入C3F8.结果 植入人工晶状体前发现大范围后弹力层脱离的5眼行手术缝合,术后前房注入C3F8;植入人工晶状体后发现大范围后弹力层脱离的1眼前房注入C3F8;另1眼术中后弹力层不慎吸出,进行保守治疗.结论 正确及时的综合治疗是晶状体超声乳化人工晶状体植入术中角膜后弹力层大范围脱离有效的治疗方法.
Objective To analyse the cause and treatment methods for a wide range Descemet membrane detachment in phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation surgery.Methods Seven eyes of 6 cases complicated with wide range Descement membrane detachment in 825 cases （856 eyes） of phacoemulsification cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation were involved.The Descement membrane detachment was treated by surgical suture,and （or） anterior chamber injection of C3F8,or conservative treatment.Results The surgical suture combined with anterior chamber injection of C3 F8 were performed in 5 eyes.One eye only accepted anterior chamber injection of C3F8.The conservative treatment was applied in one eye.Conclusion For Descement membrane detachment,which was caused by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,combined treatment on time is the effective method.
