摘要
针对元宝山露天矿二区东煤层赋存条件复杂,夹矸层多,呈马尾状且不连续分布,适宜选采的情况,对单斗-自卸卡车+推土机和露天采矿机2类选采工艺特点进行分析比较,最终推荐采用前者中的反铲-自卸卡车选采工艺,进而提出选采方法及提高选采效果的措施。通过实践证明,元宝山露天矿采用反铲-自卸卡车选采工艺,有效减少了煤层中的夹矸混入,降低原煤含矸率6%-8%,提高原煤热值0.83-1.25 MJ/kg,从而获得了巨大的经济效益,同时也为其它露天矿的选采提供了宝贵经验。
According to the complex conditions of the coal seams in the east of Yuanbaoshan open-pit mine second area, such as lots of dirt bands and a horsetail discontinuous distribution, it was found that selective mining was more suitable for the east of second area. What's more, with the analysis and comparison of single bucket self-discharge tramcar + bulldozer and open-pit mining machine, it was finally recommended to adopt backhoe self-discharge tramcar selective mining process. And then the methods and the measures of improving selective mining efficiency are put forward. Through the practice proof, backhoe self- discharge tramcar selective mining process was adopted not only effectively reducing the interfusion of dirt bands in coal seams, but also reducing the raw coal refuse rate 6% - 8%, and increasing raw coal heat value 0.83 -1.25 MJ/kg. It brought immeasurable economic benefits to Yuanbaoshan open-pit Mine, as well as provided a valuable experience for other open pit mines.
