HPLC法测定长白山牛皮杜鹃中绿原酸的含量

摘要 采用色谱柱为Aglient ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.σmm,5μm).流动相为乙腈-0.4%瞵酸溶液(15:85),检测波长327nm,流速为1.0ml·min^-1,柱温为25℃的色谱条件,建立一种测定长由山牛皮杜鹃中绿原酸含量的HPLC方法.结果表明:绿原酸在0.513~10.26μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.9%.该测定方法,简便快捷、结果准确、重现性好. The chlorogenic acid in Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall. was determined with HPLC. The chlorogenic acid was separated on Aglient ZORBAX SB - C18 column ( 250mm ×4.6mm, 5/.tm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.4% phosphoric acid solution ( 15 : 85 ), and the detection wave length was 327 nm, the volume flow was 1.0ml · min^-1, the volume temperature was 25 ℃. The result showed that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 513 -10.26μg.
