摘要
采用色谱柱为Aglient ZORBAX SB-C18（250mm×4．σmm，5μm）．流动相为乙腈-0．4％瞵酸溶液（15：85），检测波长327nm，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，柱温为25℃的色谱条件，建立一种测定长由山牛皮杜鹃中绿原酸含量的HPLC方法．结果表明：绿原酸在0．513～10．26μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，平均回收率为98．9％．该测定方法，简便快捷、结果准确、重现性好．
The chlorogenic acid in Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall. was determined with HPLC. The chlorogenic acid was separated on Aglient ZORBAX SB - C18 column （ 250mm ×4.6mm, 5/.tm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.4% phosphoric acid solution （ 15 ： 85 ）, and the detection wave length was 327 nm, the volume flow was 1.0ml · min^-1, the volume temperature was 25 ℃. The result showed that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 513 -10.26μg.
