摘要
防护混凝土钢筋锈蚀的措施有很多种,美国"全寿命经济分析"表明采用钢筋阻锈剂的处理方法具有最优的经济效果。在总结传统和最新阻锈机理的基础上,对有机阻锈剂、绿色天然阻锈剂和迁移型复合阻锈剂的阻锈机理、成分、特点和阻锈率进行了对比分析,提出了未来阻锈剂可能的研发方向。并在比较分析现有阻锈剂阻锈效果测试技术优缺点的基础上,认为准确评定阻锈剂阻锈效果需要综合采用现行标准试验方法与多种电化学测试技术。
There are many ways to prevent the rebar in reinforced concrete from rusting. American Economic Analysis of Whole Life has proven that corrosion inhibitor has the optimal economic effects. Based on the summaries of traditional and the latest rust mechanism, the rust inhibitor mechanism, composition, characteristics and inhibiting ef- fectiveness among organic rust inhibitor, green natural rust inhibitor and migratory corrosion inhibitor are compared and analyzed. The possible research future of rust inhibitor is raised. On the basis of analysing the advantages and disadvantages of current technology in testing rust inhibitor rust effects,in order to accurately evaluate and judge rust inhibitorsI effect, it requires us to combine existing standard test methods and a variety of electrochemical technologies.
