摘要
目的根据离退休老干部实际情况,优化体检服务流程,实施健康管理模式转变,从而达到体检信息指导治疗,提高疗效,促进健康,让体检者满意的效果。方法提高服务质量内涵,各部门协调顺畅,培训与老年人语言交流技巧。结果受检者满意度提高,体检时间缩短(P<0.01)结论离退休老干部体检流程的改进提高了体检质量,提升了健康管理水平,提高了军队医院声誉。
Objective To optimize the medical examination and service procedure according to the actual situation of retired old cadres so as to change the health management mode and to guide treatment, improve efficacy, promote health and satisfy the examinees. Methods The service quality was improved, and various departments coordinated. The skills of communication with the elderly were strengthened. Results The optimized medical examination and service procedure has raised examinees' satisfaction and shortened the time consumed in physical examination ( P〈0. 01 ). Conclusions The optimized medical examination and service procedure can improve the quality of medical examination, and raise the health management level and the military hospital's reputation.
