摘要
[目的]近年来研究发现,骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)具有强大的自我增殖能力和多向分化潜能,在特定条件下可向神经细胞分化,且具有特殊的免疫学特性,不仅能够逃避免疫识别,还有免疫抑制作用,故移植于体内不会引起明显排斥反应,可作为周围神经组织工程的种子细胞而在周围神经损伤修复方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文就BMSCs治疗周围神经的体内外实验及相关机制研究进展做一综述。
Recent studies have found that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) have a strong self-proliferation and multiple - differentiation potential, can differentiate into nerve cells under certain conditions. Simultaneously, BMSCs have a special immunological characteristic, they are not only able to evade immune recognition, but also have the ability of immunosuppression, thus they will not cause significant transplant rejection in vivo and have broad application prospects used as seed cells for peripheral nerve tissue engineering in terms of repairment of peripheral nerve injury. Here, we review recent advances in the treatment of peripheral nerves by BMSCs in vivo and vitro and discuss related mechanisms.
