基于模糊PID控制的感应熔炼镁合金性能研究

Study on Induction Melting Property of Magnesium Alloy Based on Fuzzy-PID Control

摘要 采用传统控制和模糊PID两种方法进行了Mg2Ni镁合金感应熔炼控制,利用XRD、SEM和EDS分析了合金的物相组成、显微组织和微区成分,并进行了电极性能和耐腐蚀性的测试与对比分析。结果表明,与传统控制技术相比,采用模糊PID技术进行Mg2Ni合金感应熔炼控制,可使Mg与Ni完全反应,合金中黑色空洞更少、微区成分更均匀、放电容量增加26.18%、腐蚀电位正移24.11%,合金的电极性能和耐腐蚀性能得到提高。 Mg2Ni magnesium alloy melting control was performed by using two methods of traditional control and fuzzy-PID control. And the phase composition, microstructure and the tiny zone compositions were analyzed by using XRD, SEM and EDS. The electrode performance and corrosion resistance were also tested and contrasted. The results show that compared with traditional control technology, the Mg2Ni alloy induction melting controlled by fuzzy PID technology can make Mg and Ni react absolutely, black holes in the alloy less, the tiny zone composition more uniform, the discharge capacity increased by 26.18%, the corrosion potential moved 24.11% towards positive direction, and the electrode performance and the corrosion resistance of the alloy improved
