半固态压铸工艺参数对汽车用镁合金疲劳性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Process Parameters of Semi-solid Die Casting on Fatigue Property of Magnesium Alloy for Automobile

摘要 采用不同的工艺参数进行了汽车用AZ91D镁合金的半固态压铸。并进行了显微组织、物相组成和疲劳性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明,选用合适的半固态压铸工艺参数,可以明显细化AZ91D镁合金的组织,提高其疲劳性能;在压射速度3.5-8.5m/s、压射压力15-35MPa范围内,采用6.5m/s压射速度、25MPa压射压力的半固态压铸AZ91D镁合金的疲劳性能最佳。 AZ91D magnesium alloys for automobile were produced by semi-solid die casting with different process parameters, and the microstructure, phase composition and fatigue property were tested. The results show that appropriate process parameters of semi-solid die casting could refine the microstructure of AZ91D alloys for automobile by semi-solid die casting and improve its fatigue property. Moreover, when the injection speed is between 3.5 m/s and 8.5m/s and the injection pressure is between 15 MPa and 35MPa, the injection speed with 6.5m/s and injection pressure with 25MPa, can make the alloy obtain the best fatigue property.
