工字形焊件射线图像中铸造缺陷的去除方法

摘要 为了消除腹板中铸造缺陷对焊缝缺陷空间定位、空间位置数据自动提取及空间位置可视化的干扰,本文在分析工字形焊件检测图像特点的基础上,提出了一种去除铸造缺陷的新算法。该算法分为两个步骤:①首先在分割图像中逐行搜索腹板区与焊缝区交界点的位置,从而确定腹板区的大小;②在已确定的腹板区逐行搜索铸造缺陷,如发现白点则置其为黑点,进而实现铸造缺陷的去除。对多幅图像的处理结果表明,算法可适应不同高度腹板的处理需求,且算法鲁棒性强。因去除铸造缺陷的处理仅在腹板区进行,可大大提高图像处理的速度。铸造缺陷去除算法的实现为后续的焊缝缺陷空间定位、空间位置数据自动提取等奠定了良好的基础,具有重要的实际意义。 In order to remove the disturbance of casting defects towards spatial locating, automated extraction of spatial position data and spatial position visualization of weld defects, a new algorithm which can be used to remove casting defects was provided based on the analysis of detection images features for I style weldment. This algorithm can be divided into two procedures. Firstly, the position of adjacent points between sternum zone and weld zone was searched line-by-line, and then the sternum zone was determined. Secondly, casting defects were searched line-by-line in the determined sternum zone. If white points are found in the sternum zone, seting them as black points. Then the removal of casting defects was achieved. The processing results of many images show that the provided algorithm can meet the demand of different height sternum, and the robustness of algorithm is powerful. For that the processing of removing casting defects was carried out only in sternum zones, the processing speed can be improved greatly. The achievement of removing algorithm for casting defects can provide a better basis for subsequent spatial locating and automated extraction of spatial position data, which has important realistic significance.
