摘要
为了研究三电平变流器在大功率调速系统中的性能 ,详细论述了一个基于三电平 PWM(脉宽调制 )逆变器的异步电机调速装置。在介绍三电平变流器的拓扑结构和工作原理的基础上 ,提出一种新的空间矢量 PWM实现方法完成逆变桥控制 ,实现了一种基于转子磁场定向的三电平电机调速矢量控制系统。实验结果表明 :该装置可以有效地实现三电平空间矢量控制 ,较好地保持直流电压的平衡 ;同时 ,采用转子磁场定向控制方法 ,实现了异步电机磁通和转矩分量的良好解耦 。
Three level voltage source inverters are particularly well suited for high voltage, high power applications, because there is no need for direct series connections of the switching devices. The characteristics of a three level converter system were investigated experimentally using a three level inverter device for an AC drive. A new DC voltage balancing method which detects the direction of AC side current is proposed which is not influenced by the inverter power direction. The rotor flux orientation method is used to drive a prototype induction motor. Experiments show that the DC voltage is well balanced and the flux and torque components are finely decoupled, which verifies the feasibility of these methods.
