摘要
为实现超高速宽频带信号采样 ,研究了随机采样在宽频带雷达、数字存储示波器、频谱分析仪等现代仪器设计领域的应用方法。首次明确给出了等价采样与随机采样的定义 ,提出了随机采样原理应用于远程超宽带雷达信号采样系统的新思想 ,探索远程超宽带雷达的大时宽带宽积信号的一种新处理方法 ,在信息传送数据量允许的情况下 ,较传统的脉冲数据压缩方法简单且可靠。提出的原理实际应用于高速数字存储示波器系统设计中 ,以 2× 10 8s- 1 的 A - D转换器HI12 76达成了 2× 10 1 0 s- 1 的等价采样速率。
In order to implement samplings on super speed WB (wide band) signals, this article studies the random sampling in the scope of modern instrument design, such as WB radar, digital oscilloscopes, spectral analyzers, etc. The exact definition of equivalence sampling and random sampling is given at the first time. Then an application of sampling theory to the new idea of a long distance UWB radar signals sampling system is submitted exploring a new method to analyze UWB radar signals. Under the circumstances of allowing a certain quantity of data transfer, it is more simple and reliable than the traditional pulses data compression. The principle is applied to the system design of a high speed digital oscilloscope using A D transfer HI1276 (2×10 8 s -1 ) to fulfill an equivalent 2×10 10 s -1 WB sampling.
