摘要
目的：探讨低温等离子射频消融在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：选取2009年1月-2013年12月间于我院治疗的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者60例,根据随机数字法原则,将全部患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者各为30例,对照组患者行传统悬雍垂腭咽成形术（UPPP）,观察组患者行低温等离子射频消融辅助下悬雍垂腭咽成形术,观察两组患者各临床治疗,并进行统计学对比分析。结果：观察组患者治疗显效率（93.33%）、魁北克睡眠问卷（QSQ）改变值（1.99±0.50）分、Epworth嗜睡量表（ESS）评分（10.86±1.28）分、并发症发生率（4.26%）与对照组患者相应指标（90%）、（1.98±0.46）分、（11.24±1.64）分、（6.38%）间差异不明显,在统计学上无意义（P〉0.05）；观察组患者手术时间（42.08±2.17）min及术中出血量（40.18±4.08）ml均明显优于对照组（68.37±3.81）min、（95.17±8.46）ml,组间差异在统计学上有意义（P〈0.05）。结论：低温等离子射频消融辅助UPPP治疗OSAHS安全、有效,且可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,患者创伤小、恢复快,值得推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical value of radiofrequency ablation treat the OSAHS.Methods：60 patients with OSAHS in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2013,according to random number law principles,All patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group was used UPPP, the observation group was used low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation assisted ZPP pharyngoplasty,observed the treatment about two groups,and the data were analyzed of statistics. Results：The observation group＇s significant efficiency was 93.33%,the QSQ was changed about（1.99±0.50） points,epworth sleepiness scale （ESS） score was （10.86±1.28） points,the complication rate was 4.26%,the control group＇s significant efficiency was 90%,the QSQ was changed about（1.98±0.46） points, epworth sleepiness scale （ESS） score was （11.24±1.64） points,the complication rate was 6.38%,the difference between the two groups was no significant（P〉0.05）;the observation group＇s operation time was （42.08±2.17）min,blood loss was（40.18±4.08）ml,the control group＇s operation time was （68.37±3.81）min, blood loss was（95.17±8.46）ml,the observation group was better than the control group, the difference between the two groups had significant statistically（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Radiofrequency ablation assisted UPPP treated the OSAHS,which was safe,effective,operation time was shorter, the blood loss was less,the trauma was smaller,the restoration was faster,worth promoting.
