摘要
目的:探讨老年精神病患者的用药安全的相关因素、注意事项和护理对策。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年5月至2013年5月接诊的200例患者的临床资料。结果:影响老年人用药安全的因素主要包括药物的吸收,药物的分布、药物的代谢和排泄、营养饮食、多种药物联合使用、病人因素。其中最主要的是药物的吸收有45例(22.61%),药物的分布有39例(19.59%),药物的代谢和排泄有32例(16.08%)。结论:影响老年精神病患者的用药安全的因素是比较多的,临床要高度重视用药安全问题。此外、要加强对老年精神病患者的护理。
Objective：To investigate the safety of elderly mentally ill drug related factors, considerations, and nursing.Methods：A retrospective analysis of our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 admissions of 200 patients with clinical data.Results：Factors affecting the elderly including drug safety drug absorption, drug distribution, metabolism and excretion of drugs, nutritional diet, combined with a variety of drugs, medical personnel prescription problems, patient factors.Chief among them is the absorption of drugs, 45 cases （22.61%）, 39 cases of drug distribution （19.59%）,drug metabolism and excretion in 32 cases （16.08%）.Conclusion：Impact elderly mentally ill drug safety factor is more, should attach great importance clinical drug safety issues. In addition, to strengthen the elderly psychiatric patient care.
