胚胎培养液中人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平与胚胎发育潜能的关系探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨D3胚胎培养液中人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平与胚胎发育潜能的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定体外受精—胚胎移植助孕患者D3培养液中hCG水平,比较不同胚胎质量间胚胎培养中hCG水平的差异,并比较妊娠组与未妊娠组、不同种植率组间移植胚胎培养液中hCG水平。结果:D3胚胎培养液中hCG水平与胚胎卵裂球数目、分级无相关性(P>0.05);妊娠组移植胚胎培养液中hCG水平高于未妊娠组[(1.14±0.10)IU/L与(1.09±0.04)IU/L,(P<0.05)];胚胎种植率分别为0%、50%、100%对应组的胚胎培养液中hCG水平为(1.09±0.04),(1.11±0.07),(1.29±0.05)IU/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:胚胎培养液中hCG水平可以作为筛选胚胎、预测胚胎发育潜能的一个指标。
