负温混凝土防冻剂掺量确定的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 掺入适量的防冻剂可以有效地提高冬期施工混凝土工程的质量,如何合理地确定防冻剂的用量进行了系统地研究。提出了结合施工现场实际环境及条件确定负温混凝土防冻剂掺量的方法,在理论分析和推导的基础上,得到了混凝土达到临界成熟度值时的养护时间t抗及温度T抗,选择混凝土冰点Tb≤T抗的混凝土配合比,即确定出了混凝土防冻剂的掺量。并通过实验验证,实验结果表明:通过这种方法确定的防冻剂掺量,负温混凝土抗折强度和抗压强度分别是标准养护的99%和100%,满足负温施工的要求。 Antifreeze mixed in proper can effectively improve the engineering quality of concrete construction in winter. Iow to determine the amount of antifreeze was systematically studied. The method of combining the construction site of the actual environment and condition to determine the amount of negative temperature concrete antifreeze admixture is put forward. Based on the theoretical analysis and derivation, the curing time and temperature of concrete at the critical value at maturity is the result, choosing the mix ratio of concrete freezing point less than the curing temperature, so the amount of antifreeze is determined. The test is hold on, the experiment results show that the negative temperature concrete flexural strength and compressive are respectively 99% and 100% standard curing with the method determining the antifreeze amount, meeting the requirement of construction.
