摘要 风力发电作为一种成熟的可再生能源技术,是实现能源可持续发展的重要举措。东北地区风力资源丰富,但由于自身的局限性,导致东北电网电源结构的组成缺少调峰电源,造成电网不得不大量弃风。通过电厂的不投油最低稳燃负荷性能试验,确定东北电网全网的最小出力为10 500 MW,在《东北电网火电厂最小运行方式(2010)》最小出力为12 710 MW的基础上,调峰容量增加了2 210 MW。以2010年东北电网因调峰弃风发电量约6亿kWh计算,可节约燃用标煤18.9万t,按东北地区燃煤单价850元/t计算,折合成人民币为1.6亿元。其中,减排CO250.3万t,烟尘30 537 t,SO2845 t,直排方式下减排氮氧化物507 t。节约了传统能源,减少了环境污染,为可再生能源的利用创造了条件。 Wind power as a mature renewable energy technology is an important initiative to achieve sustainable development of energy. Although wind resources are rich in the northeast region, due to the limitation of itself, it leads to the lack of peaking power in the composition of the Northeast Power Grid, resulting in a large number of abandoned wind power. The minimum output is 10 500 MW of the whole network through the power plant stable combustion without oil minimum load performance test. The minumum output is 12 710 MW on the basis of the "Northeast Power Grid Power Plant Minumum Operating Mode (2010)", the peaking capacity increased 2 210 MW compared with that of 2010. Northeast power grid abandoned wind power generation of about 600 million kWh due to peaking in 2010, which can save 189 000 tons of standard coal. It's equivalent to RMB 160 million according to the northeast coal price by 850 yuan/ton. It can reduce emission of 503 000 tons of carbon dioxide, 30 537 tons of soot and 845 tons of sulfur dioxide, reducing 507 tons of nitrogen oxides in the direct drainage mode. It can not only save conventional energy and reduce environmental pollution, but also create the favarable condition for the use of renewable energy.
