摘要
建立高效液相色谱法同时测定硝基苯胺类化合物(2-硝基苯胺、3-硝基苯胺、4-硝基苯胺和2,4-二硝基苯胺)的方法。废水中硝基苯胺类化合物用乙醚萃取,色谱柱为ODS2 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35,体积比),柱温25℃,紫外检测波长228 nm。在此实验条件下,同时测定了废水中4种硝基苯胺类化合物,各组分分离较好,且线性关系良好。该方法操作简单,结果准确,重现性好,可用于工业废水的监测。
The determination method of nitroaniline isomers (2-nitroaniline, 3-nitroaniline, 4-nitroaniline, 2, 4-dinitroaniline) in wa-ter by HPLC was described. Nitroaniline isomers in water was extracted with ether, and the chromatographic system was as followed:chromatographic column ODS2 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5.0 μm), used methanol-water(65∶35, volume ratio) solution as fluid phase, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, temperature 25℃ and UV 228 nm. It had good separation with the four compounds of nitroaniline iso-mers under the experimental conditions, and there was good linearity between the concentrations of nitroaniline compounds and the peak areas.
