中西医理论在血液病变上有很大的相通性,从中医藏象学说、气血津液理及五行生克学说出发,结合现代医学研究,探讨血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的中医发病机制及病机演变,对中医认识及治疗该病有很大的启发作用。
The TCM theory and the western medicine theory have great similarities in the blood disease, discussing the TCM pathogenesis of TTP from the angles of the visceral outward manifestation theory, the qi-blood-body fluid theory and the five element theory, contacting with Modern medical research, has a great inspiration both in understanding and treating TTP by using TCM.
