提高糠醛装置萃取效率的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 上海炼油厂润滑油糠醛精制装置萃取塔经历了从内驱动转盘、外驱动转盘、短矩阶梯环填料、QH 1扁环填料、二段萃取等阶段的发展 ,萃取塔效率不断提高。通过对提高萃取塔效率技术措施的讨论 ,指出转盘萃取塔的转盘“转与不转”对萃取效率没有影响。随着新型高效填料的发展 ,填料塔取代转盘塔是润滑油糠醛精制萃取塔的发展趋向。单塔萃取效率由于受塔高的限制 ,很难再有所提高 ,双塔二段萃取是进一步提高萃取塔效率的有效途径。 Undergoing internal driving disc,external driving disc,short distance ladder ring packing,QH-1 flat ring packing and two-stage extraction,the extractive efficiency are continuously improving in lube oil furfural refining unit in Shanghai Refinery. Through discussion of how to improve the extractive efficiency,pointed that whether the rotary disc is turning or not has no effect on extractive efficiency.It is trend of lube oil furfural refining extraction tower to replace rotary disc column by packed column along with the development of new type high effective packing material.It is difficult to improve the extractive efficiency of single column due to the column’s height.So,two-stage extraction of double column is effective way for improving the efficiency of extraction column.
