摘要
采用HSC Chemistry 5.0热力学分析软件,对硫化铜精矿澳炉熔炼提取金属铜过程的吉布斯自由能与温度关系进行了研究,重点分析了澳炉熔炼、电炉渣净化沉降及澳炉吹炼过程,研究结果为云南锡业澳炉炼铜法提供一定的理论依据和基础数据。
Adopting HSC Chemistry 5.0 thermodynamic analysis software, this paper has a study on relationship of Gibbs free energy and temperature during copper extracted from copper sulphide concentrate by Ausmelt furnace, and put emphases on the process of Ausmelt smelting, slag cleaning settlement of electric furnace and Ausmelt converting.
