摘要
针对某地石英斑岩型钼矿,辉钼矿与绢云母共生关系密切、钼解离难、钼氧化率高的特点,试验研究采用钼硫混合浮选、钼硫混合精矿再磨、钼硫分离的工艺流程,在原矿含Mo 0.055%的条件下,获得钼精矿中含Mo 48.24%,Mo回收率为63.78%。该工艺流程实现了低贫、微细粒钼矿资源的最大化利用,对我国钼资源可持续发展具有重要意义。
In view of the properties of the close intcrgrowth of the quartz porphyry-type molybdenum ore and molybde- nite and sericite in a certain place,the difficult molybdenum dissociation and the high molybdenum oxidation,the experiment adopted the process of molybdenum-sulfide mixed flotation, molybdenum-sulfide mixed concentrate regrinding and molybdenum-sulfide separation, under the condition of raw ore with Mo 0. 055 % , could obtain molybdenum concentrate with Mo 48.24% , the recovery of molybdenum was 63.78%. This process realized the maximize utilization of low and fine-grained molybdenum ore resource, had the important significance to the sustainable development of molybdenum resource in China.
