快速加温透析配液设备的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨快速加温透析配液设备的临床应用的可行性,了解应用该设备配液透析后,患者的血清钠,二氧化碳结合力以及pH值是否与传统配液法结果相一致。方法抽取2013-10月维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者20例,其中男12例,女8例,年龄(50.39±14.48)岁,随机均分成A、B两组。A组MHD患者10例,前两周使用快速加温透析配液设备配制碳酸氢盐液进行透析,后两周转为传统配液法配制碳酸氢盐液进行透析。B组10例患者与A组反之。随访四周,测定每次透析前后患者血清钠二氧化碳结合力以及pH值水平。结果随访四周,两组血清钠水平、二氧化碳结合力以及pH值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冬天配制碳酸氢盐液时,可以使用快速加温透析配液设备,并未影响患者透析质量,同时省时省力省费用,提高工作效率。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment, and explore its consistence with traditional method on the patient's serum sodium, carbon dioxide combining power, and the pH value. Methods In October of 2013, 20 patients (12 males and 8 females, aged 50. 39 ± 14. 48 years) with maintenance hemodi- alysis (MHD) were randomly divided into groups A and ]3. Group A were firstly hemodialyed by bicarbonate acquired u- sing fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment for two weeks, and then by traditional method for two weeks. Group B was vice versa. Four weeks follow-up was performed to detect the serum sodium, carbon dioxide combining power, and the PH value level before and after dialysis. Results In four weeks follow-up, the serum sodium levels, the carbon diox- ide combining power and pH values were not significantly different between two groups (P〉0. 05). Conclusion In win- ter, while preparing bicarbonate solution, fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment can be utilized, which not only has no effect on the quality of dialysis, but also save time and effort and improve the work efficiency.
