摘要
水下电缆在深水海底存放需要进行绝缘密封保护,且因水下压力高、温度低,对密封性能要求较高。常用的水下电缆绝缘保护方法不能同时既保持电缆接头完整性,又保证电缆绝缘性能。流花11-1油田"南海挑战号"平台坞修解脱时需要将水下电缆解脱并存放在300 m水深的海底至少8个月,为此研究出了一种不破坏电缆接头(芯)的压力平衡式密封保护水下电缆新方法,自行研制了新型电缆密封管,并进行了氦气密封测试,在实际工程应用中取得了良好效果,从而为其他有电缆接头完整性保护需求的深水电缆应用提供了借鉴。
The subsea cable insulation has to be properly protected while placed or stored on deep water sea bed due to being exposed to the environment of high pressure and low temperature.Neither the cable integrity nor insulation can be guaranteed by application of common cable insulation methods.The infield subsea cables of LH11-1 oilfield have to be placed or stored at the seabed of 300 meters deep with at least 8 months for the purpose of "Nan Hai Tiao Zhan" platform disconnection for dry docking.A new pressure balancing insulation protection method without damaging the cable end head was studied and the new cable insulation tubes were fabricated and passed the helium seal tests.A good effectiveness has been achieved in the real engineering application of the new method.It will be a good reference to the other deep water applications with cable integrity requirement.
