关节镜下复位经关节桡骨远端骨折的微创治疗 被引量：8

摘要 1病历资料 患者男，33岁，因“交通伤致左腕肿痛，畸形2h”于2014年1月26日就诊并收入院。体检：一般情况可，左腕肿胀，畸形；压痛，可触及骨摩擦感；左腕活动受限；左手诸指血供可，无明显麻木和活动障碍。左腕正侧位X线片示桡骨远端骨折。入院诊断：左桡骨远端骨折（AO分型C3型）。入院后行腕部石膏托临时固定和消肿治疗，并行腕关节CT扫描和三维重建，完善术前常规检查。
