摘要
目的探讨椎基底动脉延长扩张症(VBD)患者的经颅多普勒超声(TCD)表现。方法分别收集30例VBD组(经MRA确诊)及30例非VBD组患者的TCD检测结果,比较平均血流速度(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)情况。结果对比非VBD组,VBD组的Vm明显减慢、PI值无统计学差异。结论 TCD有助于VBD患者的初步筛查,并且有利于VBD患者长期的门诊病情监测。
Objective To analyze the transcranial Doppler（TCD）manifestation of vertebrobasilar dolichoec- tasia（VBD）. Methods 30 VBD patients were diagnosed by MRA and control group of 30 patients were examined by TCD.We compared Vm and PI. Results vm of VBD patients decreased compared with control group,but PI of VBD group had no significant differences compared with control group.Conclu- sion TCD helps screening VBD and long condition monitoring in the outpatient service.
