联检CA125、CA153、AFP和CEA在卵巢癌中的诊断价值 被引量：1

摘要 选择我院100例患者的肿瘤标志物检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果卵巢癌组血清中CA153、CA125、AFP和CEA的水平明显高于健康组,且两者数据具有可比性(P<0.05),各单项检查的敏感性、特异性以及准确性均不及四项标志物联检结果。血清中CA153、CA125、AFP和CEA四项指标的升高与卵巢癌发生有一定指示性关系,上述四项指标联合检测能够明显提高卵巢癌诊断的准确性,明显优于各标志物单独检查。
