ICU与非ICU主要感染病原菌及其耐药性比较 被引量:2

摘要 对ICU与非ICU主要感染病原菌的耐药性进行比较,以指导临床合理用药。对ICU病房各类标本中分离得到的前5种主要病原菌,与在同一时期内非ICU相同菌株的耐药性进行比较。ICU前5种主要病原菌有鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌,这5种菌株的抗药性普遍大于非ICU菌株。ICU主要感染病原菌的耐药性普遍高于非ICU菌株,在临床治疗中应区别对待,以减少耐药菌的产生。
