摘要 目的观察131I治疗对甲状腺患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法选择我院2012年1月~2013年4月的98例甲状腺癌患者,按照患者自愿的原则,将患者分为观察组与对照组各49例,观察组患者采用131I治疗,每次剂量50~250mCi,对照组采用抗甲状腺药物治疗,观察两组血清甲状腺球蛋白、血清降钙素的变化。结果观察组治疗前后血清甲状腺球蛋白分别为346.9±23.4ng/ml、137.7±10.5ng/ml,血清降钙素分别为110.1±21.7pg/ml、32.4±7.8 pg/ml;对照组血清甲状腺球蛋白分别为347.6±23.5ng/ml、268.4±14.6ng/ml,血清降钙素分别为112.3±22.4pg/ml、69.4±8.6pg/ml,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论131I用于治疗甲状腺癌,其血清肿瘤标志物甲状腺球蛋白、血清降钙素在治疗后均有明显的降低趋势。
